This notice advises that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Lehigh acres municipal services improvement district board of commissioners, with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In addition, the board may conduct such other special meetings as required, which will be advertised seven (7) days prior to the meetings. Any interested party desiring to appear before the board may do so on the dates and places listed above.
